About Me
Endurance sport has been my life since i was a teenager. First in the cycling world as I worked myself up to the professional level then in triathlon as I found a new career as a professional triathlete for 10 years. In my career as a professional, I earned national titles in both cycling as well as triathlon in the US and Finland. I was also a routine top 10 finisher in many Ironman events as a professional.
Sharing my experience and knowledge with athletes as a coach has been my focus for many years now and I have earned coaching certifications from Ironman, ITCA and ITU. My athletes have qualified for Hawaii, won national titles, or simply achieved their own personal goals with the help of my coaching. I am proud to continue to support my athletes as they learn, develop and achieve their potential.
